Eucharistic Revival Kick-Off
Eucharistic Procession for Corpus Christi from St. Michael’s to St. Dominic’s June 11, 2:30 PM - 5.6 miles To honor and glorify Jesus in the Holy Eucharist, we will process with Him down 381 for 5.6 miles. Here’s what you need to know:
The procession will begin at 2:30 at St. Michael’s, and end around 4:30 at St. Dominic’s.
We will have a police car following the procession, making sure we are kept safe from all traffic.
We will also have a car following the procession with extra water. It will also be there in case anyone needs an air-conditioned rest during the procession.
If you are able to walk with us, be prepared for a hike! Be sure to wear good walking shoes, a hat and/or sunscreen, and bring water.
If you are NOT able to join for the procession, we would love for you to meet us at St. Dominic’s at 4:15 PM.
Following the Procession, we’ll have a picnic style cookout at St. Dominic’s, hosted by the parishioners.
We will have a shuttle arranged to take people back to St. Michael’s. The first shuttle will leave St. Dominic’s around 5:30 PM. If anyone needs to be back earlier, that can be arranged.
